The friendly staff, especially Maya, went above and beyond to assist us with rentals and even helped recover a lost wedding ring. the location was ideal, within walking distance to ski shops and nestled at the foot of Pirin Mountain. The hotel offers free spa facilities, including a sauna and aromatic steam bath, perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing. the restaurant serves delicious Bulgarian and international cuisine, catering to all tastes. the rooms were cozy and well-equipped, with a kitchen in selected rooms, perfect for longer stays. Maya and Rueben, the desk managers, were exceptional, ensuring our every need was met, from arranging transport to the mountain to surprises for special occasions. Their hospitality truly made our vacation one of the best we've had this year. I highly recommend Bellevue Residence Apartments for anyone seeking a welcoming and comfortable retreat in Bansko.
